  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@pynra.site. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.

7. How to Return an Item
